Where human behavior meets everyday life
Who I am
I’m a behavioral researcher, resilience storyteller, and mother who rebuilt my life from the ground up.
After losing our home in a wildfire, navigating IVF, and rebuilding our family’s future at the same time, I became obsessed with one question: How do humans stay grounded, hopeful, and forward-moving when life becomes unrecognizable?
As a researcher with a Ph.D. in Communication and Human Behavior, I’ve spent my career studying how people make meaning, adapt under pressure, and create sustainable change. Today, I translate the science of human behavior, productivity, and emotional resilience into practical tools for parents and families who want to live with more clarity, calm, and intention.
My work blends communication science, everyday behavior, and lived experience. I believe resilience isn’t built in big moments, but in small, sustainable habits and tiny shift that make real life feel lighter.
Through my content, courses, and community, I help people understand themselves better, create rhythms that support their real lives, and write new chapters after unexpected ones.
